The company was founded in 1975, to provide service, calibration and repair of industrial instrumentation along with control panel design and fabrication.
Over the past several decades we have furnished instrumentation, control panels, telemetry SCADA, PLC and computer systems for more than 500 municipal water/waste water projects in Pennsylvania, Maryland, New Jersey, Rhode Island, Indiana and Kentucky.
Our present staff has an aggregate total of more than 100 years experience in industrial/municipal instrumentation, control systems design, start-up and calibration. We are a responsible quality-oriented company fully capable of meeting all requirements.
We are completely capable of designing a control system (analog, digital, SCADA, PLC and PC) from basic conceptual requirements. We take total responsibility for a system, both for quality and performance. By fabricating our own control panels, we can extend the quality assurance from design through finished product. Before any control panel leaves our facility it is completely “hot-function” tested, simulating all types and kinds of input/output functions. This testing is in contrast to the usual and more familiar point-to-point wiring check.
After the equipment is shipped to the customer, we provide start-up, final calibration check and commissioning by our own service staff. Our test equipment is directly traceable to NIST. We maintain the periodic certifications. members of our service staff have been formally trained at various manufacturer’s factory training facilities.
